U.S. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

We provide free shipping on all orders over $50 and up, and $8 flat rate standard shipping on all other orders.

Once we ship your order, packages generally deliver within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a notification via email with your package’s tracking number once your order ships from our facility.

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with our products, please email us at sales@vivagreenskincare.com to be eligible for a refund 7 days of receiving your items. Please note that original shipping charges and return shipping fees are nonrefundable.​
